Refunds and Exchanges
Guanta Boutique is committed to providing you a unique customer service experience. Our returns policy applies to items purchased online via Guanta Boutique Online that are also in perfect condition. Exchanges as well as refunds for whatever reason will only apply to full price items purchased.
In order to benefit from the Guanta Boutique Returns Policy, certain conditions must be met:
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and have all tags attached.
- Footwear must include the original shoebox and must show no trace of having been worn.
- Full or partial refunds are not applicable on sale or clearance items.
- Should the return item be priced on sale at the time of return, the original price paid will be refunded if all other conditions are met.
- For hygiene reasons, no refunds or returns applicable to intimate apparel.
- No exchanges, refunds or returns on earrings and selected jewellery.
For previously purchased items that are subsequently on sale, we will gladly extend a price adjustment to you if the original purchase was within 2 days of the sale offering.
How Do I Process A Return?

All returns and exchanges for Guanta Boutique must follow these guidelines:
- Utilise our address label provided.
- Utilise a suitable and secure box or original packaging. Guanta Boutique will not accept damaged goods in return.
- Guanta Boutique suggests you return your item via registered post for piece of mind.
- The Return & Exchange section on your original invoice should be completed and enclosed with your return merchandise.
- Once received, Guanta Boutique staff will provide you with a confirmation email within 24 hours of receipt. This communication will advise whether a return or refund will be processed according to our returns policy. It will also confirm a refund if applicable to the original form of payment utilised at time of purchase.
- If refunding a credit card, Guanta Boutique does not take any responsibility for delays experienced by the normal bank and credit card process.
